GAPYEONG, SOUTH KOREA - OCT 1: Larry Braggs, lead & back vocalist of Tower of Power, performs on a stage during the 8th Jarasum International Jazz Festival 2011 in Gapyeong, South Korea on October 1, 2011. The fest kicks off its three day fest with participations of 87 jazz bands. The festival was named as ‘National Culture and Tourism Festival’ by the Korean Ministry of Culture Sports and Tourism in 2009 and 2010.
